We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our craftsmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement.
All our products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please note that our products are customized and made to demand; therefore, they are not always readily available items. Additionally, advertised images may slightly differ in color due to lighting during photography or monitor display. Therefore, please allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you receive.
Refunds (if applicable)
Under no circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delivery delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will refunds be granted.
We strive to provide you with the absolute best products and will gladly replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is defective. Print quality is poor. The product you received differs from the product originally displayed on our website.

We will use this information to seek a replacement and avoid future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving your return for a refund to be reflected.
All unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged are not eligible for refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at support@dragodeco.com and provide your order number and the change you wish to make. We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been made.
Your order can only be canceled and changed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.
Please note that a handling and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be charged for cancellations.
